Customer should confirm the playset location before arrival so assembly can begin immediately.
Clear the Area
Yard should be clear of debris, toys, branches, and obstacles before we arrive.
Reasonably Level Ground
Ground should be mostly level with under 3 inches of sloping across the playset footprint. Redhawk does not provide ground leveling, excavation, or site grading.
Boxes On-Site
Boxes should be on-site and ready in the yard where assembly will take place.
Instructions & Hardware
Instructions and all manufacturer-provided hardware should be available.
Gate Access
Gate access should be large enough for boxed panels and assembled sections to pass through.
Secure Pets
Pets should be secured during assembly for their safety and ours.

Not currently. Redhawk is not offering trampoline assembly, basketball goal assembly, or pool table assembly/leveling at this time.
Do you assemble treehouses?
No. Redhawk does not assemble or build treehouses, elevated tree-mounted play structures, or custom platforms attached to trees. The service is focused on residential backyard playsets, swing sets, kids playhouses, outdoor dollhouses, and smaller playground kits.
How long does playset assembly take?
A basic metal swing set takes 2–3 hours. Medium wooden playsets typically take 4–6 hours. Large multi-tower wooden playsets can take 6–10 hours and may require a second day. We will give you a time estimate with your quote.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
Missing parts, damaged lumber, poor instructions, or uneven ground may affect timeline and pricing. If we discover missing or damaged parts during assembly, we will let you know immediately and help guide you through the retailer's replacement process.
Can you pre-assemble a playhouse gift for a birthday or Christmas?
Yes. Pre-assembled gift setup is available for eligible customer-provided playhouses, outdoor dollhouses, and small outdoor play products. The item is fully assembled and ready to reveal. Gift wrapping is not included. Existing playset limitations regarding product size, site preparation, leveling, concrete, anchoring, and utility clearance remain unchanged.

Birthday Gift Assembly
Have a large birthday gift professionally assembled before the celebration. Eligible items may be assembled in a garage, spare room, backyard, or another suitable location so the recipient can enjoy the gift immediately after the reveal.
Pre-Christmas Gift Assembly
Help customers avoid spending Christmas Eve or Christmas morning sorting hardware and following complicated instructions. Eligible gifts can be assembled ahead of time, allowing the customer to add a cover or oversized bow before the Christmas-morning reveal.
