Redhawk Handyman Services — Norman, OK 73072  ·  Effective July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Redhawk Handyman Services, our website at redhawkhandyman.com, our quote request site at redhawkquote.com, and the planned Redhawk Quote mobile applications. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to delete your account.

1

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide quotes, schedule services, communicate with you, and operate our website, our quote request site at RedhawkQuote.com, and the Redhawk Quote mobile applications. This includes:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Location and service-address information: your city, ZIP code, service area, and the customer-provided service address where work will be performed. We derive an approximate location from your city, ZIP, or service-area information. We do not collect precise device GPS location unless a future feature separately requests and discloses it.
  • Account and authentication data: the email and password (or other sign-in credentials) you use to create an account, plus authentication and session records used to keep you logged in securely.
  • Quote and project information: the service type you request, project details, product links, your message to us, quote history, status, approvals, and appointment information.
  • Photos and uploaded files: photos captured with the device camera or selected from your photo library, PDFs, and other supported project files you attach to a quote or save to your account.
  • Saved locations and preferences: saved service addresses, contact preferences, and any choices you save for faster future requests.
  • Marketing consent records: records showing when and how you gave marketing consent, confirmation of your double opt-in, and any unsubscribe requests.
  • Push-notification data: device or notification tokens used to deliver push notifications, along with your notification preferences (such as whether alerts are enabled or muted).
  • Technical, security, and diagnostic information: device and browser information, IP address, and security logs used to detect fraud, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

Camera access is initiated by you for project documentation. Captured or selected photos, and uploaded PDFs, are transmitted and stored with the quote or project — they are not merely processed transiently.

2

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide app and quote functionality, prepare estimates, and respond to quote requests.
  • Communicate with you by call, text, email, or push notification for customer support and project updates.
  • Schedule and deliver handyman and assembly services at your location.
  • Create and maintain your account, keep you signed in, and remember your saved locations and preferences.
  • Send notifications you have requested or enabled.
  • Send optional marketing emails only after you have given affirmative consent, and honor your unsubscribe choices.
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud.

Redhawk Handyman Services does not sell your personal information and does not use it for cross-app behavioral advertising or tracking, as long as the current app remains free of those practices.

3

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To operate the service, we do share limited information with the service providers we rely on. These providers process data on our behalf to keep the website, RedhawkQuote.com, and the mobile apps running, and each is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations. Current service providers include:

  • Base44 — the application platform and service provider supporting application hosting, authentication, database functions, file handling, and notification infrastructure.
  • Base44 and its notification infrastructure providers — used to deliver push notifications you request or enable. Notification providers may receive a device or notification token and the limited technical information necessary to deliver requested notifications.
  • Resend — the marketing-email and subscriber-management provider, used to deliver marketing campaigns you have opted into, confirmation emails, and to manage unsubscribe and suppression lists.
  • Payment providers — see Section 5 (Payment Methods). Cash App, Venmo, and Square process payments directly under their own privacy and security practices.

We may also share information with trusted subcontractors or partners strictly to fulfill your service request (for example, an extra set of hands on a heavy lift), and we will disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

  • Storing data on hosted servers with access restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where supported by our providers.
  • Maintaining access controls and authentication so only the right people can reach account and lead data.
  • Keeping security and fraud-prevention logs to help detect unauthorized access and abuse.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and this policy does not promise it. We describe only the security practices we have verified are in place.

5

Payment Methods

Redhawk Handyman Services accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • Square

Cash payments do not involve a third-party payment processor. When a customer chooses Cash App, Venmo, or Square, payment information is processed directly by the selected provider under that provider's privacy and security practices. Redhawk Handyman Services does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, Cash App credentials, or Venmo credentials.

RedhawkQuote.com and the Redhawk Quote mobile apps do not process in-app payments; payments are handled outside the app through the methods above.

6

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. The retention periods below apply to each category of data:

  • Unconverted quote requests and leads: 24 months after the last activity.
  • Draft projects and associated uploads: 24 months after the last activity, or deleted sooner when you delete your account.
  • Declined or cancelled requests: 24 months after closure.
  • Completed or approved job and payment records: 7 years after completion or payment.
  • Photos, PDFs, and messages associated with completed jobs: up to 2 years after completion, unless needed for an active dispute, legal requirement, or documented business-record purpose.
  • Active customer account and profile information: until you delete your account, or another disclosed retention rule applies.
  • Active marketing subscriber information: until you unsubscribe, delete your account, or withdraw consent.
  • Marketing unsubscribe/suppression record: we retain only the minimum email address or an irreversible email hash and the opt-out date, indefinitely, solely to prevent future marketing to that address.
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs: 12 months, unless required for an active investigation.
  • Account-deletion audit record: 3 years, containing only the minimum information needed to document that deletion was completed.

Some of these timelines depend on scheduled cleanup and anonymization processes within the application. Where a cleanup process is not yet fully automated, we flag it in Section 11 (Dependencies & Status) rather than promising enforcement that does not yet exist.

7

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data through our public account-deletion page:

https://redhawkquote.com/account-deletion

The deletion page allows you to initiate deletion through secure account authentication or a verified email — without requiring installation or use of the mobile app.

What deletion does:

  • Draft and unconverted account data is permanently deleted.
  • Customer-uploaded photos and files are removed from active storage through our service provider’s deletion process. Backup retention follows the provider’s internal data-retention practices.
  • Completed or approved business records that must be retained for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes are anonymized to remove unnecessary personal information rather than permanently deleted.

Deactivation is not deletion: deactivating or freezing an account is not the same as deleting it. Only a completed deletion request triggers the deletion and anonymization steps described above.

8

Marketing Consent & Unsubscribe

We send marketing emails only to subscribers who have given clear consent and confirmed it through a double opt-in email. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time — it does not stop transactional messages (such as quote replies) that are needed to serve you.

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Open the public unsubscribe page linked from every campaign email.
  • Reply to any message asking to be removed, or contact us directly.

We honor unsubscribe and suppression requests through Resend and do not add you back without a new, confirmed opt-in. We retain only the minimum email address or an irreversible email hash and the opt-out date to prevent future marketing (see Section 6).

9

Your Rights — Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see Section 7).
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time (see Section 8).

To request access, correction, or deletion — or to ask about a specific record — contact us at bryan@redhawkhandyman.com or call (405) 215-9229.

Professional Network Applications

Redhawk Handyman Services operates a private referral network that may connect customers with independent local professionals for services outside Redhawk’s current scope. Businesses may apply through our professional network application page. The following applies to that process:

  • Application data: the initial application collects business and contact information, service categories, coverage areas, and self-certified qualification answers. Applicants self-certify applicable licensing and insurance.
  • No confidential documents requested: the initial application does not request insurance policies, Certificates of Insurance, identification documents, tax records, or banking information, and does not offer document upload.
  • Public verification: Redhawk may check publicly available business or licensing information and may contact applicants for additional information during review.
  • Customer referral sharing: when a customer submits a referral request and an appropriate independent professional may be available, Redhawk may share the customer’s contact information and project details with that professional, with the customer’s permission.
  • No public directory: approved providers are not listed in a public directory, and provider contact information is never displayed publicly.
  • Marketing opt-in is separate: the application includes an optional, unchecked marketing opt-in. Checking it does not automatically subscribe the applicant — it uses our existing affirmative-consent subscriber system with a separate double opt-in confirmation.
  • Retention: declined or abandoned applications are retained for a reasonable evaluation and record-keeping period. Approved provider records are kept while the relationship is active and for a documented period afterward.
  • Independent providers: participating professionals are independent businesses, not Redhawk employees, agents, or subcontractors. Each is solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, scheduling, workmanship, payments, and warranties.
11

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults booking or requesting home and assembly services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For significant changes, we may also provide notice through the app or by email.
