Do you provide or purchase the gift?
No. Customers purchase and provide the product.
Do you wrap the completed gift?
No. Gift wrapping, decorative covers, ribbons, and bows are not included.
Can you assemble a gift without the recipient knowing?
Redhawk can use the customer’s preferred communication method when practical, but the customer is responsible for the hidden location and preventing the recipient from seeing communications.
Where can the gift be assembled?
Depending on the product, assembly may occur in a garage, spare room, backyard, residence, or another approved location.
How much does pre-assembled gift setup cost?
Service starts at $119. Final pricing depends on the product, complexity, quantity, access, location, and crew requirements.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Customers should request a quote as early as possible, particularly before Christmas and other high-demand dates.
Can you move the gift after assembly?
Moving the completed product is not automatically included.
Can you assemble multiple gifts?
Yes, subject to product details, available workspace, timing, and crew requirements.
What happens if parts are missing or damaged?
Redhawk will notify the customer. Replacement parts, returns, manufacturer coordination, and additional visits are not automatically included.
Can you correct a partially assembled gift?
Partially assembled products require individual review because prior mistakes, missing hardware, damage, and disassembly may affect pricing.
