WELLFIT Folding & Incline Treadmill Assembly

Folding treadmills are the core of the WELLFIT lineup, and the folding hardware is where the build matters most: the deck must unfold and lock cleanly, the support legs and gas-strut components must seat properly, and the frame must sit square so the belt runs centered instead of drifting to one side. Incline models add an incline motor, frame pivots and additional console wiring, which means more assembly steps, more cable seating, and a heavier machine.

Redhawk assembles WELLFIT folding and incline treadmills per the manufacturer instructions, with the console and handrails mounted, the cables routed and seated, the hardware torqued in the manual order, and the finished machine placed, leveled, and run through a basic operation check before we leave.

WELLFIT Walking Treadmills & Walking Pads

Compact walking treadmills and walking pads are often the easiest WELLFIT machines to set up. Many arrive almost fully assembled, with only the handrail, remote, or console and a few bolts to install, plus leveling and a belt check. We will not sell you a full assembly appointment when your model only needs limited setup — if a walking pad is genuinely a 15-minute job, we will tell you so and quote accordingly.

For the larger walking treadmills with a raised console, incline function or folding frame, setup moves into standard treadmill territory: handrail and console mounting, cable routing, leveling, and operation checks.

Partially Assembled WELLFIT Models

Several WELLFIT models ship partially assembled. Depending on the unit, the deck and motor housing may arrive pre-built, the handrails may be attached, or the console may come separate. In those cases the remaining work is genuine but limited: unfolding and locking the deck, installing the console and remaining hardware, connecting and seating cables, leveling the frame, and confirming everything powers on and runs.

When you request a quote, describe or photograph what arrives still in the box. The quote is based on the work actually required, so you are not charged for a full build when the manufacturer has already done half of it.

New Equipment Only — Assembly & Initial Setup

This service is assembly and initial setup of new WELLFIT equipment. It is not a repair, maintenance, or relocation service. Redhawk does not diagnose treadmill faults, replace belts, motors, or control boards, service electronics, perform warranty work, provide ongoing maintenance, or move or disassemble existing equipment for a move.

If your WELLFIT treadmill is not working correctly, contact WELLFIT support or the retailer you purchased from. If your equipment needs to be moved to a new home or upstairs, that is evaluated separately and is never automatically included in an assembly appointment.
