How a CeilingSAM System Works
A CeilingSAM system is a platform held near the ceiling on steel cables. Instead of climbing to reach what is stored, you lower the platform with a power drill, load or unload it at a workable height, then raise it back up. It is a mechanical system, not a powered lift, which is the detail that matters most for installation and for daily use.
Operated with a power drill
The platform is raised and lowered using a standard drill. There is no motor and nothing to wire, so no electrical work is part of the installation.
Loads at workable height
Everything is loaded and unloaded with the platform down, which is the reason these systems are considered where reaching overhead is the problem.
Manufacturer warranty
CeilingSAM publishes a limited lifetime warranty on its products. That warranty covers the product — it does not cover the installation labor.

These are the conditions Redhawk checks before quoting an install. Send photos of the ceiling, the door track, and the opener and we will tell you what we see.
• Sound ceiling framing or trusses at the mounting locations — checked from photos first, and on site before drilling
• Enough clear height for the platform plus its travel, measured at the actual install location
• Clearance from the garage door track, opener rail, and the full door travel path
• A clear floor area under the platform for loading and unloading
• Two people available on site for the lift into position during installation
• A standard power drill on hand for operation afterward

CeilingSAM publishes a limited lifetime warranty covering its product. Claims, coverage terms, and the process are the manufacturer’s, and the written warranty accompanies the product.
Redhawk installation workmanship
The manufacturer warranty does not cover installation labor or installation errors. Redhawk’s workmanship terms for garage storage installations are stated in your written quote before purchase — they are not an extension of the manufacturer warranty.

Product and installation together
Each garage storage package is quoted as one local product-and-installation price. The exact model and platform size are named on the quote before anything is ordered.
Local installation only
Installation is included within the standard scope for the Oklahoma City metro service area. There is no product-only checkout and no nationwide installation.
Sales tax additional
Quoted package prices exclude sales tax, which is added where applicable. Any nonstandard work is quoted in writing before purchase.
Site approval first

Anyone who would find operating a drill difficult, or who cannot safely manage the load at the platform. We ask about drill handling, reach, lifting, and the items you plan to store during the consultation so the recommendation reflects how the system will actually be used day to day.
