Built for flat garage ceilings in the 8–11 ft range with the standard drop; a deeper drop option covers taller garages. The ceiling must exceed the drop length. Sloped or vaulted ceilings and tight door-track clearances are reviewed before ordering.

How does the platform move?
It connects to a standard power drill. Your drill does the lifting, so there is no motor to fail and no wiring to run.
Should I lower it all the way to the floor?
No. The manufacturer recommends loading at knee or waist height so the cables stay under tension.
Will it work with my ceiling?
It is designed for flat ceilings in the 8–11 ft range with the standard drop. Send photos of the ceiling, door track and opener and we will confirm the drop option and mounting before anything is ordered.
How is this different from the PRO model?
The PRO is rated 700 lb and is offered with an 8 ft or 11 ft drop. This model is rated 400 lb and lowers up to about 8 ft, which suits most 8–11 ft ceilings; a deeper drop option is available for taller garages.
How much ceiling space does it use?
The platform is 4 ft by 8 ft, about 32 square feet of storage that sits up against the ceiling when raised — roughly the floor area of a large closet reclaimed above the car.
What does the starting price cover?
The installed starting price covers the unit plus professional installation in the Oklahoma City metro, confirmed in writing for your garage before ordering. Whether it can be installed at all depends on site conditions and structural suitability, which we check from photos first.
